You can apply for an Electronic Arrival Card up to 14 days before your arrival in Singapore.
Instead of the traditional paper Disembarkation / Embarkation Card (DE Card), travelers are now able to show only their passport for the Immigration Officer to find the Electronic Arrival Card in the Singapore immigration system.
This Arrival Card has the purpose of facilitating entry to Singapore but it does not replace a visa. If you are not from a visa-exempt country, the Singapore immigration officers at the airport will ask for your Visa. Bear in mind that some nationalities require a paper visa. If that is the case for you, we suggest you approach the nearest embassy.
You may only use the Electronic Arrival Card if you are entering through one of the 19 selected transportation carriers
Travelers must have a passport with at least 6 months of validity from the intended date of entry.
