NOTE: Applicants must be citizens of the list of 18 countries that are eligible for the Visa on Arrival.

The Visa on Arrival is only available to travelers whose point of entry into Thailand is one of the following:

  • Suvarnabhumi International Airport
  • Don Mueang International Airport
  • Chiang Mai International Airport
  • Phuket International Airport

  • The application shows specific airports as the only options for the point of entry. What if I am flying into a different airport?

    This pre-registration service is only available for travelers entering via Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang Airport, Phuket Airport and Chiang Mai Airport.

    For travelers flying into another airport, you will have to obtain your VOA at that airport upon arrival.

  • How long should the validity of my passport be If I want to apply for the VOA?

    Travelers must have their passport with at least 1 month validity from the date of arrival in order to apply for the Visa on Arrival (VOA) and have at least one blank page for the visa stamp. For Indian passports: Validity must be at least 6 months

  • Where are the Visa on Arrival counters at the Airport?

    1. Once you arrive at the Airport, follow the signs leading to Immigration.
    2. On the way to Immigration, you will see a sign “Visa on Arrival”. They are big and clear so you will definitely not miss them.
    3. In the Visa on Arrival area, there will be dedicated lanes for E-VOA holders.

  • What do I need to apply for a Thailand VOA?

    We require the following to submit your application:

    • Passport with at least 1-month validity (Indian passport holders: validity must be at least 6 months)
    • A digital photo of you taken in the last 3 months.
    • Your travel dates
    • Airline Confirmation
    • Accommodation Details
    • Credit/debit card or PayPal account for payment
